How do you usually get to work? 

I usually transport by bus.

Why did you decide to commute this way? 

I enjoy taking the bus and talking to the bus drivers.

How long have you been using this commute option? 

About 1 year.

How far is your commute? How long does it take you each way?

It takes me about 45 minutes each way.

What is your favorite thing about your commute? 

I like to sit there and enjoy the views and not having to worry about driving myself.

What is a challenge of your commute? How have you overcome that challenge?

The challenge of my commute is that they cancel the time slot for the bus I normally take to get to work on time. I have overcome this by taking another bus and just walking the rest of the way from the stop that gets me the closest to work.

Tell us a favorite or interesting commute story.

I have met so many different people on the bus.

How does your commute help you save time and/or money?

It saves me on gas and wear and tear on my car.

How does your employer help accommodate your commute option?

My employer provides me with a free bus pass. They also pay me to commute a different way to get to work other than driving myself.

Do you have any advice for someone looking to use a climate-friendly commute option?

I feel like it is a great option. I go between carpool and bus. I like both options, but the bus is probably the easiest.
